These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any related services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You may use this service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the service to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit harmful content, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
If the service requires an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
Paid features are billed through Stripe. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with notice. Refund requests can be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting support. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the billing portal.
The service, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by the operator. You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the service.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of results, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Account data: Email address and name, used for authentication and communication. Stored in our database with row-level security.
Payment data: Handled entirely by Stripe. We store a Stripe customer ID but never credit card numbers, bank details, or billing addresses.
Usage data: We may track feature usage to improve the service. This data is aggregated and not sold.
Cookies: We use only essential cookies for authentication. No tracking cookies. No advertising cookies.
Third-party services: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and auth). Each has its own privacy policy.
Data deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting support. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Data location: Data is stored in Supabase-managed infrastructure. We do not transfer data outside of standard service operation.
